VANILLA MANGO SPINACH SMOOTHIE

Smoothie overload … or at least that’s what it seems like right now. I know there are a bajillion (yes, bajillion) smoothie recipes floating around the internet at the moment but I’m ignoring that fact and sharing this one with you anyway. Because we can always use another smoothie recipe. At least in my world we can.

VANILLA MANGO SPINACH SMOOTHIE

VANILLA MANGO SPINACH SMOOTHIE

Recipe Modified from: cookiemonstercooking
Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup packed fresh baby spinach leaves
  • ¾ cup milk of your choice
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger*
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder**
  • ½ to 1 tablespoon honey***
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • few tablespoons water, if needed
Instructions
  1. Add all of the ingredients except the water to a blender. Process until the mixture is completely smooth. Use a little water to thin out the smoothie or to get it going in the blender if needed. Serve immediately.
