Strawberry Coconut Smoothie

Approximate prep time: 5 minutes

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh organic strawberries, hulled
  • 1 frozen organic banana
  • 3/4 cup organic milk, canned (or substitute almond or coconut milk)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup ice cold cold water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut for sprinkling on top

Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
