Sirloin Steak Ginger Stir-Fry

Approximate cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb sirloin steak, sliced in strips
  • 1 red peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ clove minced garlic
  • ½ tsp. ginger.

Instructions

  • Cook steak in 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over medium high heat until beef reaches desired doneness; remove and keep warm.
  • Add vegetables to skillet and cook in remaining oil 4-5 minutes.
  • Return steak to the skillet and add ginger seasoning.
  • Serve over brown rice.
