Simple Broiled Chicken with Soy Sauce

Approximate cooking time: 30 minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole broiler-fryer chicken, cut up, or 3 whole chicken breasts, split in half
  • 1/2 cup gluten free Italian salad dressing (try Kraft or Hidden Valley)
  • 1/4 cup gluten free soy sauce (try Sans J)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dry mustard

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken. Place chicken in bottom of broiler pan (no rack) and brush with soy mixture. Broil chicken 4-7 inches from heat for 20-30 minutes, brushing occasionally and turning once or twice.
