Approximate cooking time: 10 minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium bok choy
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp gluten free soy sauce (try Sans J)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Wash bok choy thoroughly and drain upside down. Chop bok choy in large 1-2 inches slices. Heat non-stick pan. Add olive oil, onion. Saute onion until tender, translucent. Can caramelize for more flavor. Add garlic, soy sauce, and boy choy, in that order. You want the garlic to heat up but not burn for maybe 1 minute before adding the soy sauce and boy choy. Saute for maybe 5 minutes until tender. Serve.
