Roasted Garlic Asparagus

A traditional side dish with a garlicky twist.

Approximate prep time: 10 minutes

Approximate cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Bundle asparagus
  • 2 Cloves garlic clove, minced
  • 1 White onion, chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Mince garlic; add to medium non-stick skillet heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Place garlic, onion and asparagus spears in heated skillet.
  • Cook for 10 minutes or until asparagus spears are fork tender.
