My Favorite New Wine Pairing

Kitchen Table Bakers

Meet my new favorite wine pairing best friend, 100% Parmesan Crisps made entirely with cheese created by Kitchen Table Bakers.

I want you to close your eyes for a moment to ‘relive’ the experience of eating these crisps of yumminess.  Imagine a bit of crispiness almost like those little crispy pieces of deep fried chicken that fall off when you take a bite. CRUNCH. Then, an explosion of cheesey flavor on your tongue. BAM!

That’s what it’s like to eat one of these Parmesan Crisps.  They’ve seriously thought of everything that goes into making a gluten free snack.

Look at the detail that goes into making these obscenely delicious cheese snacks:

But wait…there’s more!

These crisps come in many different flavors.  Some of my favorites are the Aged Parmesan, Caraway Seed, Everything and Jalapeño (watch out these are spicy!). Note: these are photos of the Caraway Seed crisps, so you know what you’re drooling over.

Personally I like to eat them with a glass of Malbec by themselves, but you could easily entertain with them on a plate of olives, dried apricots or pepperoni.

Here are some other ways to eat these Parm Crisps:

  • Crumble them up on a salad to add a nice crunch
  • Crumble some and add them to your meatballs or meatloaf instead of bread
  • Use them as your cracker replacements for appetizers
  • Simply eat them as a snack!

P.S. If you want an awesome tip from the founder himself, keep some in your purse when you’re off to meet your girls for a night out.  These are great snacks that you already know are safe gluten free, so there’s no risk of cross contamination in the restaurant’s kitchen!

Let’s take one more look at these babies.
