Honey Maple Pork Chops

Approximate cooking time: 15 minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops cut 1 1/2 inch thick
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp allspice
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Brown the pork chops in a medium skillet. Mix the other ingredients together and brush over meat.
  2. Reduce heat and cook until pork is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
