Mixed Fruit & Cheese Shish Kabobs

This is a quick and easy snack for you or your kids.  Choose any type of fruit you want.

Approximate prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb) block Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 C grapes
  • 1 C apple, cubed
  • 1 C strawberries, quartered
  • 1 C kiwi, cubed
  • 4 wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Cut all fruit and cheese.
  2. Build ‘kabobs’ using by alternating cheese and fruit.
  3. If traveling, skip the skewers and simply pack ready to eat.
