green orange dreamsicle smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 c. non-dairy milk (vanilla flavored will work, but my favorite is Blue Diamond's almond & coconut blend)
  • 2 small oranges, cut into wedges, peeled and frozen
  • about 5 small kale leaves (or a handful of spinach)
  • sweetener of choice to taste, if desired
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender, pouring milk in first. Using the variable speed dial, start out at 1 and slowly increase speed to 10. Once large chunks have been pureed, switch to high speed and continue to blend until completely smooth.
