Basil Pork Chops

Grilled_Pork_Chops_with_Basil-Garlic_Rub_HR

Approximate cooking time: 40 minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 4 Lean Center Cut Pork Chops
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • sea salt and ground pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Rise pork chops and trim any extra fat from chops.
  • In a large frying pan, brown chops.
  • When browned, add tomato sauce, basil, salt and pepper.
  • Cover tightly and simmer 40 minutes, or until tender. Turn meat occasionally and add a few tablespoons of water if necessary to prevent burning (if needed).
