Baked Salmon with Dill

Approximate cooking time: 25 minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 lbs salmon fillets
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Rinse salmon, and arrange in a 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle salt, pepper, onion powder, and dill over the fish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil evenly over the fish. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. Salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
