Baked Flounder

Approximate cooking time: 20 minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs flounder fillets
  • (to taste) salt and black pepper
  • 1 (large) lemon, cut into wedges
  • olive oil

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Drizzle fillets with olive oil (or coconut oil). Season with salt and pepper. Bake in preheated oven until fish flakes easily with fork, 6-7 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
