Asian Broccoli

Approximate cooking time: 20 minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp gluten free soy sauce (try Sans J)
  • Broccoli
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Cut the broccoli into individual florets.
  2. Add the olive oil to the bottom of the wok.
  3. Fill the wok with raw broccoli.
  4. Drizzle with gluten free soy sauce, cover and cook over medium-high heat until bright green and softened, around 8-10 minutes.
