15 Minute Marinated Chicken Breast

Approximate cooking time: 15 minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard (try French’s)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp dried tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine the first five ingredients, mixing well; spread on both sides of chicken. Place chicken on a plate.
  2. Marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  3. Grill, uncovered, over medium-high heat, turning once, for 10 to 15 minutes or until juices run clear.
